Mr. Johnson has experience in mental
health and chemical dependency treatment and has completed
additional training in human resources. He was previously
employed as an in-house counselor for Longaberger Co. and as
a community-based EAP counselor for Owens Corning. In
addition to his treatment experience, Johnson is experienced
in team-building and conflict resolution. |

| Dr. Covey holds a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University of Akron. He has extensive experience providing psychological services in both inpatient psychiatric facilities and for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. His practice at SourceOne is limited to psychological evaluation, most particularly the evaluation of safety force personnel. | |

Dr. Doyle is a clinical psychologist with a specialization
in behavioral medicine. Her primary interest is is in using
brief cognitive behavioral therapy to treat a variety of
problems including adult anxiety and mood disorders. She has
additional interests in promoting healthy behaviors,
parenting, and grief therapy. |

Ms. Haburay has over 30 years of post-masters experience,
specializing with children, adolescents and families, as
well as crisis intervention with all ages.
A special interest of hers is Attention Deficit/
Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD), Asperger’s Disorder
(high-functioning autism) and mood disorders in children and
adolescents. Ms.
Haburay has recent experience working with military families
and their particular challenges. She likes to use a
short-term, problem-focused approach, such as
cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Furthermore, Haburay enjoys training and consultation
regarding these topics. |

Ms. Hamill is an independently licensed social worker with supervision endorsement and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. While Ms. Hamill’s main work over the years has been with adolescents and young adults, she works with all age groups and have extensive experience in areas of anxiety/depression, grief, sexual assault, self-injury, parenting, and self-actualization. In 2010, Ms. Hamill has accumulated training to increase her competence with veterans’ issues: re-integration after deployment, re-deployment, adjustments/concerns unique to families-of-veterans.

Ms. Miller is
a licensed supervising social worker who holds a master's
degree from Ohio State University. She has provided therapy
and counseling services in Wayne County for the past 20
years and has special interest in anger management and in
helping adults and teens cope with life stressors. Miller
also has a specialty in working with families to reduce
conflict and increase relationship satisfaction. |

Dr. Orlasky has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Kent State
University and is licensed as a psychologist in Ohio. She is
also a certified Hudson Institute Coach. Dr. Orlasky has
over 25 years of experience providing psychological
assessment and treatment to adults, children and families.
She has a special interest in working with individuals with
life threatening, or life changing, physical conditions. |
