What is SourceOne EAP?

SourceOne Employee Assistance Program is a benefit provided by your employer to help you and your family deal successfully with personal and family problems.

Are SourceOne EAP services confidential?

Yes!

 

Except in situations involving child abuse, elder abuse or threats of violence against self or others, your SourceOne EAP counselor cannot release any personal information to your employer or anyone else without your written authorization.

 

This is true even if your employer referred you to SourceOne EAP.

Who can use SourceOne EAP? 

You and any of your eligible dependents.

Who pays for SourceOne EAP?

Your employer!

 

As part of your company's benefit package, you or any of your eligible dependents can meet with a SourceOne EAP counselor for evaluation or consultation.

 

If additional services are needed (and they often are not), your SourceOne EAP counselor will match you with a provider that takes into consideration your needs, location and particular financial situation.  

How are appointments with SourceOne EAP scheduled?

To schedule an appointment call (330) 345-0955. Indicate you would like to schedule an EAP appointment with one of our SourceOne staff. 

 

Offices are located is Wooster, Orrville, Rittman and Millersburg. Evening hours may be available depending upon location.

 

SourceOne EAP makes every effort not to schedule employees from the same company at the same time.

What about Emergencies? 

Crisis Intervention Services are available 24 hours per day.
