EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Employees generally seek the assistance of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professional for help with personal or family difficulties. However, there are also times when financial stress, legal issues, or other unique family life problems are the primary focus. SourceOne has resources to assist in each of these areas.

 

 PERSONAL & FAMILY ISSUES

SourceOne staff are licensed mental health professionals who are skilled at interventions with a broad range of individual and family concerns which effect employee attitude and work performance. Typical situation include: marital discord, parenting issues, emotional problems, substance abuse, and even serious mental illness. SourceOne staff use a problem-focused approach to identify the problem, make recommendations, and support change.

FINANCIAL PROBLEMS 

SourceOne can also assist families who are having financial difficulties. The professionals at SourceOne help employees clarify the type of problem; and, when necessary, refer employees to specific local resources for more technical assistance. This can include free services, as well as services from financial professionals.          

LEGAL PROBLEMS

SourceOne can help employees obtain legal assistance for problems and concerns by referring them to an appropriate local resource. These resources include services for reduced fees as well as private rates.
